Meet The Team
Sebastien Croteau
aka The Final Boss
Sebastien Croteau has worked as a creature voice actor for over 19 years. He is intimately familiar with the world of creatures and monsters, having voiced over 400 of them across more than 40 films and video games. As CEO, he oversees every aspect of the production process, from the initial meeting to final delivery. His experience as both a voice talent and a gamer has helped him cultivate a unique set of professional skills in his niche.

Sebastien’s dedication and expertise in creature and monster voice design have gained international recognition. He has been invited to speak about his work at numerous international events and video game conferences. Over the past four years, he has delivered over 20 talks in 9 different countries, receiving praise for his detailed and engaging presentations.
His contagious enthusiasm and passion for monster and creature sounds, combined with his extensive experience, have convinced many companies and audio professionals to collaborate with him.

Misha Standjofski – Project Manager & Assistant Voice Director

Having trained in the performing arts, Misha brings an actor’s insight to his work as a voice director. He is particularly skilled in creature and monster vocalizations, a niche he has passionately pursued under the mentorship of Sebastien Croteau.

James Duhamel – Audio Supervisor
aka Spectral Geek
As the founder of Tone Studio, James Duhamel has been at the forefront of audio production for over 25 years. He has composed music for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Extraction, including its themes, in-game tracks, and trailers. A versatile mixer for both linear and interactive media, James has recorded thousands of hours of voiceover for television, film, and video games. In recent years, he has become the go-to partner for The Monster Factory’s Montreal-based voice recordings and post-production.
It was a natural progression for James to join The Monster Factory as Audio Supervisor, where his primary focus is understanding client needs and delivering audio recordings of unmatched quality. His expertise with high-fidelity recording and mixing, combined with his intuitive grasp of both creative and technical workflows, ensures that every project exceeds expectations.

Maude Théberge – Administrative Assistant

Maude Théberge brings nearly 15 years of experience as a singer, musician, voice actress, teacher, and manager. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a DESS in Management from UQAM, Maude’s multifaceted background makes her an invaluable asset to The Monster Factory.
